Unknown group "network" in message bus file
Is there a group called 'network' on the system?
How do i become super user?
Wear your underpants on the outside and put on a cape.

I don't know where the groups are located in the file system tree.
@ log on I'm getting this error now (it appears I have to comment out rc.M @ line 71)...
Code: Select all
/etc/rc.d/rc.M: line 71: /usr/sbin/NetworkManager: No such file or directory

Thanx...
brokenman for the link.
In regard to "group" it is not listed in /etc/password or /etc/password.new
The last @ boot error was corrected by "commenting" out the offending line(s) then setting rc.M permissions to "read/write".
Now I'm getting this error...
Code: Select all
linuxrc: line 461: /union/usr/bin/eject: not found
