just today got a pre-release of PPM-1.1 from brokenman and i can tell you that next version of PPM gonna beat out all package managers you know

If you say so. But i just updated without a problem after following my instructions. Thats the reason they invented 'mirrors' no? They can't ALL be borked.All Slackware mirrors are in "error" when trying to retrieves the file MANIFEST.bz2
