Hello,
tried the pxe server from a live CD and it was not working out of the box, with a few adaptions PXE-booting is working fine, with veasamenu.c32). Interested in the fixes/adaptions?
....
But anyway I am curious where the pxelinux.0 file is coming from.
Which process is setting up the pxe-boot directory?
From where is the old pxelinux.0 copied? (INFO: The version of pxelinux.0 used is from syslinux 4.0.6, imcompaible with vesamenu.c32 coming
from syslinux 6.0.3/4).
Hope some can answer my question...

thanks, someone else had pointed this out recently too.
you've pretty much answered your own question

..basicly, when the syslinux stack got updated, the pxelinux.0 was missed.

if there's anything more than just using the correct pxelinux.0 version, please elaborate.
