I oftenly faced with file and filesystem corruptions when especially using copy2ram option.
1. I start Porteus wit copy2ram option
2. Copying to external usb device(usb other than Porteus loaded-installed on)
3. plug my external USB and copy some files using Dolphin file manager
4. Then I use safely-remove device option in Dolphin to safely extract my usb
5. Then I reconnect my usb and newly copied files are all have zero bytes! None of them actually copied !
6. Then I understand that filesystem corrputed ! I unmount usb drive and use fsck and it finds lots of errors including the dirty bits! Lots of clusters are corrupted and result is lots of chunk files ! It is so annying that :x =@ !
Does anybody have similar issues when using copy2ram option?
The sad point is that it sometimes happens when using Graphics Mode too! My usb drive is 2GB and work very well until such things happen over 5 years. What will be the "root cause" of file system corruption on USB devices while copying? I used two different machines(i used pendrive Porteus OS) got the same results!

I actually found that, the problem is my device's formatting... :Yahoo!: Nothing related with copy2ram option.

EXT2.
Actually NTFS is the most problematic one according to my experience. Whenever I tried NTFS in linux, my filesystem corrupts although I used safe remove etc.
