It seems the search field does not work, or is it just me?
I'm looking for latest noPAE compiled kernels + headers.

Better use a search engine:
Enter in the search field: your keywords site:forum.porteus.org

c'mon..
May I suggest trying some variations of the keywords like pae or kernel etc.
This could well be, because what do one need it for nowadays? Was that of nobody's interest for all these years?
By the way, why / what for or for which hardware do you need a new non-PAE kernel?

Yup.
I have PC's with 512 MB - 1 GB RAM (well, mine has 4 GB), and PAE has its 'overheads'. So, it boils down to x86-frugality. 'A new kernel' is like a program with a bigger version.
BZW, why 'new/latest'? There is no 'old' in the wild with headers. I need them for compiling ndiswrapper (v1.63; yeah, one Wi-Fi card is Broadcom-based), and I would like to avoid compiling a kernel along with it.

Just in case you haven't found it yet.
Porteus Kernel Builder
Just a thought..
porteus 3.2.2 [kernel 4.9] - wl [broadcom] driver is included.
you may not need ndiswrapper at all.

It's a fair point. Unfortunately, wl [broadcom] is not compatible with DWA-182 rev. A (ndiswrapper XP 32-bit driver only).
I've found PKB as a last resort, but where are the hell all the download links for already compiled kernels? UPD.: Ah, there, in the end.

Yep, a search for Broadcom BCM43526 showed that there is no driver
in any Linux kernel version up to 5.9
Ndiswrapper / Windows driver can be the last resort
However, only the 2.4 GHz band can be used.
To be honest, I'd buy a "Linux Compatible" one to avoid hassle and frustration.
but that's just me..
good luck.
