How do I check/test to see if v5.0rc2 has all the Perl components?

Is there any way to update Perl or add missing components when running from LiveCD?

Yes, store the missing components on the hdd/usb drive and add the extramod= cheatcode to the boot parms. Its how I add my changes module when I boot the iso.

first, seems i left out one the perl packages in the get_iplayer module, sorry about that.. and apparently didn't keep that package..
in order to fix this i'll need to make a new RC2 install to try and retrace my steps..
as it is, slackware current has a newer perl package that wouldn't be compatible with RC2 anymore.. i think, i might have an older package somewhere..
i'll try and fix this for you..
on the bright side, once slackware-15 is released and porteus 5.0 final, this sort of thing should not happen.. when this will be? who knows...

ok.. that was easier than i thought it would be:
get_iplayer-3.26-x86_64+deps.xzm (same link as earlier post)
this time including: perl-xml-libxml
edit: aand /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/XML/* taken from the 05-devel.xzm module
