hi alchimik

if need easy convert .lzm modules to .xzm modules you can download and run porteus-xf http://porteus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=86&t=676
Open Thunar file manager and right click on to your module e.g. 'wine-1.3.24-i686-1sg-dep.lzm' and choose 'extract .lzm module' if you extract module you can click on to 'wine-1.3.24-i686-1sg-dep' folder and choose 'build .xzm module'.
I hope help you.

If you want to run 32-bit applications in a 64-bin environment, you'll also need 32-bit compatibility libraries, see this thread: http://forum.porteus.org/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=134
Please take a look at our online documentation, here. Suggestions are welcome!

At present 64bit doesn't support lzm (squashfs3) BUT .... 32bit still does until the V2 release. So you could use 32bit and simply activate the lzm ... which will automagically convert it into xzm (squashfs4).

We will drop support for squashfs3 as it only leads to problems related to other distros (IMHO)
