Porteus x86 v3.2.2 - how to make a Wifi spot?

Hi,
I have got a laptop with Porteus and 2 Wifi cards. One of them has good sensitivity and reaches necessary Wifi router easily, the other is not so good. I would like to make a 2nd router from this laptop which would get Inet from the original router and share it in the room. How can I have it done in Porteus, preferably in cmd line?
