Can't Execute Script

trying to execute DebianDog-installer:
https://github.com/DebianDog/Jessie/releases/tag/v2.1/
https://github.com/DebianDog/Jessie/rel ... ler.tar.gz

getting

i'll try, but doc says "use DebianDog-installer - working from most linux systems to make frugal install to HDD or USB."

info is sparse on that one... is it simply a 32bit binary? so not recognised on 64bit...
oo look Graphical boot loader (MBR) installers for Linux on this very forum.
