Porteus

We are a non profit org that had about 10 kiosk setup and just all of the sudden they stopped loading the firefox and get stuck on the Porteus Kiosk Screen with a orange message stating homepage is not available. I did not set these up and have no idea what the issue or even how to get into the interface at this point to check settings. Any recommendations or assistance is much appreciated. Jim

Seems these kiosk were configured with following parameter enabled:
http://porteus-kiosk.org/parameters.html#homepage_check

and your website is not accessible from these kiosks anymore.

Kiosk is read only so it must be something on your network side (firewall/proxy config changed?).

Is you website available publicly? If yes then please send the URL to support@porteus-kiosk.org and link this thread.
