Sopcast and Porteus Mate 3.2.2

Hi
I am trying to make Sopcast working on Porteus Mate 3.2.2. I installed VLC from Porteus Forum
3.2.1 vlc-2.2.4 (non-kde) XZM VLC:
from here:

But I need also to install the Sopcast. I have tried also from
[Solved] MPlayer SopCast Channel Problem with TS Format
here on Porteus Forum but did not managed.
Could please help?

Have you tried any of the USM options?

Nothing was found in Slackware but i found this in slackbuilds.

Thank you. I tried in the meantime but usm -u all is freezing at salix Downloading: CHECKSUMS.md5 :

slacky was updated 486 seconds ago. Skipping.

I tried with different network providers without success. Could you please help?
Appreciate any help.

You have two options IMO
amplatfus.
1. Access the /var/usm/salix file as root and change the mirror it is set for to a different one.
2.Run the sesm.sh script described here:
[INFO & SCRIPT] Slackware Mirror Settings for USM
Either option should work for you.

After activating devel.xzm I managed to create sopcast-player-0.7.2-x86_64-1_SBo.tgz file.

Slackware package /tmp/sopcast-player-0.7.2-x86_64-1_SBo.tgz created.
I tried to activated, but after open VLC with network stream sop://51.15.195.206:3912/151380 for instance it not worked. Could you please advice with what I should try?

sopcast-player is a gui frontend for sopcast..
i guess it does nothing without sopcast..

sopcast is only available as 32bit..
we don't seem to have and 32bit compat module any more?
