Porteus

Hello everybody,
I'm using porteus some months ago and found it very usefull.
I tried to run Bitmask VPN (https://bitmask.net/) in porteus 64/32 and I failed.
Anybody made any progress porting that VPN client to porteus?

Download the standalone version.

Update usm

Code: Select all

usm -u all

Reinstall python-2.7.11-x86_64-2.txz to be sure.

Code: Select all

usm -g python

Install qt-4.7

Code: Select all

usm -g qt

install nas (for libaudio library)

Code: Select all

usm -g nas

Tested working under cinnamon Porteus-v3.2.2. Well the GUI opens anyway.

The GUI opens and I can login, but I can't connect to VPN.
I think it's because of the error:

[2016-12-31 17:47:17] ERROR - L#217 : leap.bitmask.services.eip.vpnprocess:start - Could not bring firewall up, aborting openvpn launch.
