dropbox answers for newbies

Post#1 by francois » 05 Mar 2016, 19:58

Yes, I am new to dropbox. I just installed it on my system. Everything seems fine, except that I am not able to use an image in dropbox to include it as an image in one of my posts of this porteus forum:

How does one do that? This is also the place for any drop box question.

When I click on your link I see a picture of the beautiful frozen St. Lawrence River. :good: I envy your view.

That picture would make a good desktop background picture for Xfce. Unless it is copyrighted picture.
I just like Slackware because I think it teach you about Linux to build packages where Ubuntu is like Windows you just install programs you want.

Salutations... :good:

The St. Lawrence image is very rustic... almost rural.

If you took the picture, can you take a spring, summer and fall picture in the same place? That way you could change them in the season your in. Just a thought.
