Module management

Hello, I'm really new to Porteus AND Linux so i'm sorry if this question will look stupid.

How do i manage xzm modules? Can I pack\unpack them as any other zip\rar archive? What software do I need to do this on other Linux systems? Is there any Windows software which will allow me to control Porteus modules? Only one i've found for now is 7-zip 9.22 beta, and it can only view contents of xzm file, extraction fails with "file is corrupted" message.

I'm trying to make Porteus kiosk and it is VERY uncomfortable to recreate the whole system (through boot Wizard) to make any basic change. (such as browser homepage, or ip address, or password etc.)

kiosk customization is described here:
http://porteus-kiosk.org/kiosk-customization.html
you wont be able to unsquash modules under Windows and you should not do it anyway as all file permissions would be messed up.

that's because you are new to Linux. i would suggest you sticking to the wizard.
