Is it possible? Bluetooth is integrated with mainboard of this netbook.

You need to post more information about your problem.

What version of Porteus are you using?
What dependencies did you downloaded for bluez?
Can you plug in the mouse and then in Porteus Settings Centre upload the system information dump and post a link to it here?

I have the same problem.
I use Porteus with LXQt on an old Asus eeepc 901 netbook that has bluetooth onboard.
How can I use it to connect an external BT KB/mouse (they come without a BT USB adapter)?

I have tried the following (as a newbie that I am):
1. downloaded bluez from: http://www.develia.org/tarballs.php?p=networking ( bluez-libs-3.36-i686-2_dvl.tgz and bluez-utils-3.36-i686-2_dvl.tgz)
2. converted to modules and "installed" them (copy to /porteus/modules folder)
Now what?... :pardon:

Thanks for any advice that can get me over this step! ;)

(I saw that there is a BT icon on the KDE4 but that desktop is just too heavy for my netbook)

I am interested to test the bluetooth package for lxqt. I recently worked with bluetooth and kde with different devices. It works fine for me with the cell phone, and maybe with my headphones. However, I have no logitech bluetooth mouse. :(

I have tested the KDE4 version and bluetooth is working fine with a LG headset but the Logitech mouse/kb are not even dicovered.

seem you have to load the bluetooth daemon before the login,i think the HID driver are build in into the kernel,so try to load the bluetoothd first.

@yah:

I might not much more understand than you what is the content of these threads. But I imagine that if I dive in and look on the net for additional information, and try and try and sweat, and spend the night, and with a little help of some friends we could straitghten up the content and realize the applicability for porteus.

But let us say that until recently, it was hard to plug headphones under slackware according to alien bob.

Or just wait for fanthom's reply. He is one of our gurus.
