Yes, so it seems. When brokenman said "All menus are customizable by right clicking on them." I though he meant I could edit the Edit menu also.
Set correct permissions and Enable: View->Preferences -> 'Click runs executables'. The script is running in background, not in LXTerminal.
Could a Open option be added that would run a script in LXTerminal? Or is there a script function that can open a window and display a msg so I know a script has actually run? Echo doesn't help if the script is run in background.

Probably must be new script that open LXTerminal and your script in it.

Yes, that is correct. You can also right-click spaceFM menu entries and edit them.

Thanks dustbunnies. I've been to that site but was overwhelmed by all the information it provided. I will revisit it and look for "design mode".
