Hi,
I want to use PKTGEN kernel module but when i run modeprobe pktgen get me these Error message!
Code: Select all
root@porteus:~# modprobe pktgen
modprobe: FATAL: Module pktgen not found.
What is the best way to enable it without kernel recompiling?

you have to recompile the kernel.
may i know why you need this module? asking cause i may include it in next porteus release but it depends on its purpose.

Excellent
I 'm using PORTEUS on more industrial platforms for its
slackware stablity and very good
portability.
With PKTGEN module i can test the
throughput of them and I can penetrate test my tools.
