[Solved] How to enable utf-8 support

Thai and most asian font need utf-8 to be enabled.(Porteus 2.0)

UTF8 is enabled by default but you are probably lacking an asian fonts.
you can grab asian fonts module from the Kiosk edition which should work just fine:

The module was downloaded to /home/download now what should I do next?
