Hi.
I was trying Porteus to see how it was.
Dunno why I made a mistake of runnig the script into my internal HD wich was running Mint KDE. Now my PC boots only to Porteus, and I cant have access to my default SO.
There must be something I can do, to delete Porteus and make Linux boot from my default Mint installation.
I was exploring the boot folder but Im still too Linux newbie and Im affraid I may delete something and messed up my system.
I was hopping someone could help me, I really need access to my default OS.
Thanks for you attention

Re: Help to recover default SO boot
hi bfds89,
please follow instructions from this post to reinstall Mint's GRUB in MBR:
http://forum.porteus.org/viewtopic.php? ... 301#p13252
all commands must be run as 'root' so boot porteus -> open terminal -> run 'su' (password is 'toor') and then proceed with instructions.
let me know if you stuck somewhere.
