so now, can I make the root user my default login (without changing every time to guest and entering login info again and again)?
Not so easily as you want it, no.

And the reason for why that is made not that easily I quote myself:

Warning to all:
When you have a harddisk in your PC and any partition is mounted in your system (or can manually mounted later), a regular hacker/cracker can do all he wants to your harddrive since all programs you start in your DE (e.g. your standard browser, e.g. firefox, chrome, palemoon) are owned by root and not by a normal user and thus access to the root account is already available, so that cracker can add all kinds of nasty stuff to your drive as he wants. Therefore the default of having guest user group users is the preferred and much more secure way.
Cheers!

I would move them, not delete unless you already have a backup in its maybe orignal folder location.

I would remove gcc-5.3.0-x86_64-3.xzm when you also have 05-devel.xzm

Also, I would only have 05-devel.xzm in optional and only have it activated when needed and not all the time. But that's my preference.

About all others I cannot say since you not answered this

can you tell me what extra programs you try to run with these, and what is a dependency module for which program, please?
(aside from what 00* 011-slapt-get* and 05-devel.xzm, these are self-explanatory.)
Cheers!

Using Palera1n on porteus

Sorry for my bad experience, I really don't know which one is dependency or which are extra programs.
I just followed the links I've applied in first post and each time i tried a command I faced an error, so I searched and found modules to download until got it to work.
For example, when first tried to use apt-get, i search and found its its slapt-get on porteus, so I downloaded it.
Then got errors about gtk and gcc so I downloaded them too.
Then I hared it needs curl, python3-pip, so I downloaded them too, but still couldn't solve all issues.
and I know it needs usbmuxd so i searched and found libimobiledevice and libusbmuxd so I downloaded all.
then to clone the repo I needed git so downloaded it.
but still not working so last thing, a guy suggested to download 05-devel.xzm, libmpc, mpfr, glibc, and I did.
now it worked but idk which is cor erect to stay or not, thats all.
