i want to use a .pac file proxy auto config to tunnel all my apps and connection through it
is there any way or any apps to do it

Right click Network connections (nm-connection-editor) in taskbar and then Edit Connections.

add you pac file in "PAC URL" option and try using the application.
Do not check or select "For Browser only"
