How can i add Windows-1256 support to my system?
My language is persian and arabic and when i open text files i must change default utf-8 to Windows-1256 to show them
And when i open this files in player for subtitles they are messy
How can i add Windows-1256 to all my applications?

hi ,mousepad have it, you have to change the default encoding in mousepad preferences from UTF8 to WINDOWS-1256 i don't know if work or not but you can try.
