how i understand what command i can use and what pakages is install?
i use ls /etc/
is it?
or other location for packages and commands?

compgen -c will list all the commands you could run.
to save the output as a list (file), run:
compgen -c > ~/commands.txt
for packages run ls /var/log/packages/ > ~/packages.txt
you will find both files in your home dir.
