@roadie, this error is precisely what I was afraid of.
I built this module using Slackware current, which has a newer glibc, and because Linux is this mess, new gblic may break old things. I'll see what I can do.
Thanks

It works in 4.16......both tests in Always Fresh.Code: Select all
porteus:[guest]:~$ epdfview epdfview: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.29' not found (required by /usr/lib64/libpoppler-glib.so.8) epdfview: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.29' not found (required by /usr/lib64/libpoppler.so.114)
I can give you a small module to correct it, if you want...

fulalas,
I'm getting the same GLIBCXXX_3.4.29 error with pavucontrol.
The module from Rapha_ fixes epdfview, but gives a symbol lookup error with pavucontrol.
Code: Select all
porteus:[guest]:~$ pavucontrol
pavucontrol: symbol lookup error: pavucontrol: undefined symbol: pa_context_send_message_to_object, version PULSE_0

@roadie, thanks for the bug report. It's fixed now (first post updated).
You don't need any additional module.
