Salut Julien.
Salut francois, please be aware that this is not the
French area of the forum.
My Highschool French is quite rusty (and Highschool was ages ago) but thanks to
https://www.deepl.com/translator#fr/en/ ... r%20choisi. I could understand what you wrote.

what I forgot, on
https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/documen ... d%20files/ it is claimed that md5sum and sha1sum are provided for all files hosted on SF.
They use this screenshot:
But on
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ikkibo ... s/porteus/ for me it looks like so

using the most recent palemoon
Code: Select all
guest@porteus:~$ palemoon --version
Moonchild Productions Pale Moon 31.3.1
Do you get the (i) (info) icon that should show the md5sum and sha1sum on
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ikkibo ... s/porteus/ ?
Added in 39 minutes 6 seconds:
I downloaded the newest version of ikkiboot from
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ikkiboot/
the ones labelled as
Code: Select all
Project Activity
Released /Ikki_Boot.iso 1 week ago
is my md5sum correct?
Resulting file is 1407254528 bytes (=1.31 GB), checksum:
Code: Select all
420424e4604156e1049e2c11f9e33774 Ikki_Boot.iso

I get the icon on that page and on this one for downloading the ikki_Boot.iso:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ikkiboot/files/ using
Code: Select all
guest@porteus:~$ firefox --version
Mozilla Firefox 94.0.2
guest@porteus:~$

…
I now also get the icon on the above URL, but only for "Ikki_Boot.iso"
Maybe the md5sum and sda1sum have not been ready yet? It's a mystery why all of a sudden it works when it did not work just yesterday.
Or maybe it's because I emailed SF on the matter and they corrected the issue (without replying to me, at least not up to now)
Added in 1 minute 58 seconds:
And on
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ikkibo ... s/porteus/ I now also get the (i) icon next to each xzm module download.

Now that it works they replied with this:
We don't see any problems with our services.
Every file does have an info icon.
Please share us the specific name of the file you are referring to.
If you can, please include a screenshot of the issue for our team to
investigate further
No need to send them an now out-of-date screenshot without the (i) icons since now the files all have the (i) icons.
whatever, at least it works now.

Even though I'm French, (my English level betrayed me ?) I am not the author of Ikki Boot.
I'm simply a fan of this project that I use regularly. I like to be in azerty when I start a live cd ^^.
Unfortunately, the author ended his project

He did? But he uploaded an iso approx 1 1/2 weeks ago (the one without any version number attached to it, only called
Ikki_Boot.iso)?

indeed.
This one I meant:
Code: Select all
420424e4604156e1049e2c11f9e33774 Ikki_Boot.iso
(=its md5sum), size approx 1.31 GB.

When there is a new version… and when he wrote this
At the request of one person a very last version of Ikki Boot has been created with only SystemRescue and Porteus.
maybe one person (e.g. yours truly) can request one version of Ikki Boot as well:
Using
Porteus XFCE as base
and only adding
LaTex Live.
How does one contact him?
