File Manager for LXDE

I'm looking for alternatives or even to replace PCManFM 1.2.5 as a (default) FM for LXDE, because PCMan crashes/freezes for me on a daily basis. Even if it's a desktop system fault, and not of PCMan per se, I'm interested in what other FM are out there. I guess it'd have to play nicely with LXDE, without carrying much of the new dependencies, and use GTk or something? What would you recommend? Does anyone have an xzm of file manager I could play with? Particularly, I'd be interested in the following:

Polo: polo-file-manager-v18.8.2-amd64+deps.xzm 1.7 MB md5sum= 7197f77b456e49b618bc006463fd9e40
this is converted from the .deb on the github site.
includes: json-glib-1.4.2-x86_64-1.txz and libgee-0.18.1-x86_64-2_slonly.txz
have also included a root user .desktop file (even though polo has an inbuilt root mode in it's menus)
has some nice features eg. inbuilt terminal, multipanel views, + more

for a newer pcmanfm:
pcmanfm-1.3.0-x86_64-1ponce.txz
and probably
libfm-1.3.0.2-x86_64-1ponce.txz
as well..
simplist way would be to convert them to modules and put them in /modules...

@ncmprhnsbl, @n0ctilucient, thanks: both polo and xfe work nice and seem like good alternatives. (Except, Polo has an annoying red banner warning about being root; xfe displays a message box about it each time it starts).

Actually, pcmanfm-1.3.0 has been stable so far with the old libfm (with the libfm-1.3.0.2 it was freezing even worse). EDIT: Nope, pcmanfm-1.3.0 also hangs sometimes and has to be restarted.

So, I'll be using the 3 of them and report any problems here. Thanks again for your quick help!
