Application containment?

Xpra is...
a means of having "persistent remote application" support for X11 applications atop an X.Org Server.
This allows for X applications to live on even if the connection to the server has been dropped.

Basically... it's a secure X11 application "containment" tool.

Site is...

Source is...

This package has not been adopted yet by ("slackonly" or)...
https://slakfinder.org
https://slackbuilds.org
https://pkgs.org

So far... I have not been able to successfully compile this package with the following src2pkg.conf @...
Everything you wanted to know about "hardened" compile flags and src2pkg.conf (...but were afraid to ask)

Thanx... in advance to anyone that IS interested in sharing their precompiled package link.

It is a python envelope for X; I cannot imagine what could it be good for...
I myself do not love python :(
Porteus is proud of the FASTEST KDE ever made.....(take akonadi, nepomuk and soprano out and you will have a decent OS).
The Porteus Community never sleeps!

Subgraph (operating system) uses it for "userland" security...
Some of Subgraph OS's notable features include:
Linux namespaces and Xpra for application containment.
