Hv3 is a super ultra lightweight Tkhtml browser based on tk/ Tcl ...
(it's basically... a Dillo alternative, which unlike Dillo... more or less correctly renders pages)

IMHO...
this could be a nice addition to the Porteus pantheon of modules... 
(unfortunately... the native compiled version has not yet been posted to http://webwarper.net/ww/~av/slakfinder.org)
