Salutations... :good:

I can now see a pathway to completing (purchasing?) my derivative. Cemi...your creation is the final piece of the puzzle.
A derivative with your project @ it's center would really make difference for those like me that wish to escape Gtk/Qt bloat.

Salutations... :good:

Made this post with Fifth (using TinyCore :wall: ).
I'm impressed... but will remain disappointed until a module is made for Porteus.

Salutations... :good:

A Fifth alternative? Perhaps this FLTK developer is willing to post to pkgs.org by seeing the value of being more than "proof of concept"?
(see... https://sourceforge.net/projects/netrider/ )

Ok Cemi... I've got it working. However... there is NO package file structure.
To make it compatible with Slackware a lot of symlinks will be required.

You can find the package @...

https://sourceforge.net/projects/fifth- ... p_redirect

After you convert it the .txz (glibc)
to .xzm you will have to extract it.

And then move the folder contents
to /usr/bin and create a desktop
link then recreate the module.

It will not be Slackware
compliant but it will work.

The author does not understand
that Slackware uses...

/usr/bin for binaries

and...

/usr/lib for libraries.
:hmmm: I do NOT have the "right" to tell anyone what they should do...
but I reserve the "right" to tell them what they should "consider".

:wall: Update... sourceforge.org has stopped allowing mobile device downloads of software
So back to square one?

:unknown: The only way to get a precompiled package is to compile one.
