KDE partition manager

I think kde partition manager might be a good addition, either as a part of porteus (it's module is less than 500kb), or as a module. I've created a module for my own use, and it runs, though I have yet to test it thoroughly.

Good thing. I have been using it, I have done some things that gparted wouldn't do.

Sadly I had to reboot to a different LiveCD (puppy) when (re)building a Windows laptop
with a replacement disk drive.

Couldn't get an NTFS format option from the KDE partition editor...

If the other dstro have this function. You can install ntfs-3g.
ntfs-3g is a tool for read/write on a NTFS Parition.

If you're using the development version, you can install this version ntfs-3g-2011.1.15-x86_64-1.txz - Slackware 13.37 - Slackware



If you're sing the stable version, you can install this version ntfs-3g-2010.3.6-x86_64-1.txz - Slackware 13.1 - Slackware


If you have an issue with your partition tool , please report it.
