Hello :)

PeaZip is not available natively for 64-bit Systems running another O.S than Windoze. It has been compiled for 32-bit in Linux only.
PeaZip's Authors wrote:Please note that ia32-libs are required to run any 32 bit binary on 64 bit systems.
PeaZip binaries are currently compiled for 32 bit, you will need Lazarus/FPC if you want to compile them from sources.

Please read the PeaZip Docs carefully. There are some major compatibility issues with this archiver
format. [ i.e you may archive stuff with one version and others may be unable to retrieve the files when
they are unaware of the version issues ]. I have had to re-do nearly 3GiB of cloud stored stuff and recommend
a base component (7zip) for this very reason.

Actually the ARK package in Porteus is not able to add passwords to archives :( therefore it would be great to have peazip on board.

Any way someone can create a slackware for the Peazip 64bit ?
kind regards!

peazip on Porteus 2.0 is not able to extract password protected files with special-chars in the password like "", it says to start in console-mode instead, but this is not possible.

Any idea about it ?
