slackware has Webmin : https://slakfinder.org/sbomt64-15.0/system/webmin/
says it requires zulu-openjdk8: https://slakfinder.org/sbomt64-15.0/dev ... -openjdk8/ (hard to tell if this is really true)
how instant this is, i couldn't say..
ajenti, being python based, looks doable but less instant..

Webmin mentioned by Ncmp is light and good one and is my first choice.

Easy to setup, once tried and worked in porteus

Sorry, not interested in it now, so dont have a working xzm copy of Webmin :)

I have tried the WEBMIN on Porteus 5.01. Need to download the devel.xzm, because the Perl moved to there.
I downloaded the independent linux package. webmin-2.105.tar.gz
Unpack, and setup.sh.

It works without any problem.
