Or any simple, tiny image editor (cropping, resizing, etc. NOT a 'paint' program, with advanced brushes etc.
Pix is included in Mint, and it's great. It is 3 MB and powerful. https://github.com/linuxmint/pix
Mtpaint is another option. i converted on Porteus, but on run, it said:

I've heard of Pinta, but that requires Mono, so it's not tiny.
Not looking for GIMP-- not tiny or simple.
