automatic HDD installation tool(via EXTLINUX)

Useful for Install as a only one operating system on HDD to ext3 partiton
for 32-bit REMIX(but I could post also and for 64 bit)

extract extlinux.tar.gz to boot directory
1. Create on empty HDD ext3 primary and swap partions
see partition table semple at http://falcony.googlecode.com/files/cfdisk.jpg
2. Then write changes to disk format the partition file system for ext3 with commands mkfs.ext3 and initialize swap space using the command mkswap.
Note. You can do these operations manually using the graphical tool GParted, which is available at

3. After creating the file system, mount the formatted partition manuall restart the computer and load FIDOSlax from USB or CD.
4. Copy the two directories boot and slax to the hard disk partition/
5. Go to the partition on which you install in the directory boot /extlinux:
cd /mnt/sdXn/boot/extlinux
where, sdXn - the partition that you formatted
5. To activate the boot extlinux run this command:
./extinstall.sh
6. Restart the computer USB-flash drive or CD-ROM and load REMIX from your hard drive.
