It's been some time, and I was pretty sure this was not (100%) hardware related. So... I ended installing another OS (Ubuntu Mate) in the very same PC (hardware platform), and the mouse work as intended. Perfect, with no "bounceclicking" issue.
After doing some
research, I'm pretty sure this comes from different ways of controlling the events through the
libinput library.
With both systems uptodate, Ubuntu MATE using
libinput v 1.10.4-1 (xserver-xorg-input-libinput 0.27.1-1) works perfect, while Manjaro XFCE Illyria 18.0-rc one
(libinput 1.12.1-1, xf86-input-libinput 0.28.1-1), it's a nightmare...
Also, it should be noted that different
xorg-xserver versions are used in each OS.
