Posted: 23 Jun 2016, 23:27
I'm able to put a bluetooth card in the Dell laptop I have. The model is DELL Truemobile 360 Bluetooth Card. My question is will it work or supported with Porteus?

1. There no bluetooth in panel.wread wrote:@jack
1- The bluetooth sign shows in the panel,
2- Clicking it asks for a new device
3- You can try to connect your mobile phone,
4- If it connects you can transfer photos, videos, etc.
I have an USB Bluetooth adapter and it works ok, a Bluetooth card should do the same, I guess...
Good luck!

brokenman here is the output what you told me to do. When I select bluetooth manager it start but then it close.brokenman wrote:Can someone please make a short tutorial on how to connect a bluetooth device using blueman?
Jack first try opening a root console and entering:Now in the System menu at the top try to select the bluetooth manager. Choose the enable bluetooth and a manager GUI shoudl open. From there you can add your device. I have not tested it thoroughly as yet.Code: Select all
