I'm not sure what you can do to boot from it...but, have you tried booting to a porteus CD or usb stick, then using PLOP to boot up the e-sata?
Please take a look at our online documentation, here. Suggestions are welcome!

Sorry, I wasn't clear.

Try putting porteus on a different usb drive, that you know will boot. Boot in to the syslinux menu on that device, then insert your e-sata drive, and select "Plop bootloader", and see if you can find the e-sata drive in the Plop menu, and try to boot from it.

I'm not very familiar with Plop, but I do know that it can boot from usb devices, even when not supported by the local bios.

@beny
I need to know at which exact stage it fails.
please make a photo (if possible) of the error and link it here.
Does it work when you use usb connector instead of e-sata?
Please add [Solved] to your thread title if the solution was found.

Did you try it on another PC? does it behave the same?

i dont understand this part:
"i have tried with xfs,seem with linux file system it is corrupted"
where it is saying that xfs is corrupted? after running 'liloinst.sh'? during boot?
