Once I got a 4GB flash drive, but its chip memory in real was 32MB. The system indicated 4GB but copied with errors because the controller was set to 4GB. The memory chip was good, but the setting in the controller was incorrect. Using the correct tool for flash disk activated it to 32MB. Only 32MB! :lol:

This sector (0<=>1) is called the MBR (master boot record)
It contains e.g the partition-table and more.I am not a native english-speaker
so It is best described here
Master boot record
If you have a Hex-Editor Programm you can take a look at this sector.

thank you very much guys for sharing information about this problem.
I did format with different filesystems many times but still can not boot.
I will use another one which can boot normally.
