result: we stay with the same settings regarding flashblock for 2.0 release.

btw: i would like to thank to all users who voted.
it doesn't matter if you vote on 'yes' or 'no' how but having an active community is the most important thing.

And my private suggestion:
What do you think about wubi (Ubuntu & Mint) like installer? It can be very useful for new users and beginners that won't manipulate with windows bootloader.
