I've made a slackware package for Offline NT Password Changer (2014-02-01) and made a porteus module from it. it can be downloaded here:

Nice one, do you have the ability to create a x86-64 version as well? Then I can check it out and give you some heads up on it.

Please add what "NT" exactly means. Is XP included? Also, 7? Or never versions?

Cause from a certain NT version onwards all SM-Windoze are NT based, the first non NT by name was XP...

it should work with XP, Vista, 7 and maybe 8..check on the official site :)
Unfortunately my PC is a 32bit and it's old too so I can't help with it :S
