You have for sure experienced this situation, that viewing a video, the screen saver pops in and the video stream stops; you have then to move the mouse or to press a dead key to resume the video....
With this plasma-applet-screensaverswitch you can disable this feature and see your favorite videos without that annoyance
Install and activate it in modules; then you will have to search for it in "widgets" and install it in your panel, for your convenience.
I modified my rootcopy to have it every time I start the system (put /root/.kde4/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc in rootcopy).

Oh! Excuse me, I did post this under 64-bit Porteus... It is in fact for 32-bits compiled
