obconf (Openbox Configuration Manager)

Per a user request, obconf will be included in the lxde module in Porteus 2.1, to add additional configuration options in lxde. For those who might benefit from having it sooner, here it is for 32-bit Porteus 2.0: http://porteus-xfce.googlecode.com/file ... -1_SBo.xzm
