Paper icon theme fix for Porteus 5

This is just a fix for paper icon theme on Porteus, which on Porteus there's some missing icon and misplaced icon.
This module is based on Paper icon theme ubuntu 18.04 deb package.
Tested on Porteus 5 rc1 and rc2 with XFCE Desktop.
