It was easier in KDE since all the Qt dependencies are already present in KDE :) . I will create the qt packages for other DEs in the format I did before for 3.2.2 Qt 5.9.1 framework (modular) + Qt Creator 4.3.1.

Done. Now this module should work not just on KDE but on all desktops. Changed thread title accordingly. Please refer first post for instructions.
