Name : mtpfs
Version : 1.1
Description:
MTPFS is a FUSE file system based on libmtp that allows an MTP device
to be browsed as if it were a normal external hard disk.
You can use this to mount and browse some Android tablet computers.

(freestyler sadly went AWOL after being very active encl his own upload site for Porteus modules or Slackware packages)
Missing dependencies for 3.1 Xfce Porteus:
Code: Select all
# ldd /usr/bin/mtpfs|grep "not found"
libmtp.so.9 => not found
libid3tag.so.0 => not found
with my non working USM (info on that elsewhere on this very forum) I try to get these dependencies and keep you updated on how it went...

Update
The only libraries I found have been from Fedora, but they work.
I created a new module that has these two libs included.
Code: Select all
# ldd /usr/bin/mtpfs|grep "not found"
#
But mtpfs still fails:
Code: Select all
# mtpfs
