Dear bdheeman,

sincerely thanks for this module I though to use because I just started to use it on my tablet but...
After having installed it on my porteus I do not know where it is and how to configure or use it. It dos not appear in the menu or even in the firefox.
Could you then tell us how to actovate it, modify its settigns (if there are) and start/stop it if it needs those users actions.

Sorry for those strange question but it is not interresting to have a plugin that can not be used.

Have a nice day,

Miguipda ;-)

@miguipda, Please check firefox menu Tools-->Add-ons-->Plugins or Ctrl-Shift-A when firefox window is active.

Hope that helps

@miguipda, it might be worth mentioning, googletalk-plugin adds skype like functions to gmail, ie text/video/audio chat.
so, at least two gmail accounts(you+friend), is necessary.

HI,

I checkd the menu Tools->Add on -> Plugins and just saw Java, Libreoffice and Shockwave Flash. Nothing else.

Then how to get it correctly on the Porteus 64 under kde ?

Hve a nice day,

Miguipda ;-)

P.S. : I though it was the google talk add on that allow to speak in place of typing text like we have it on Android 4.0 on a tablet ;-)

hi bdheeman,

I have tried the module. It can be used if you follow these steps:-
1. Extract the xzm module to a folder
2. Delete /usr/lib/firefox and /usr/lib/firefox/plugin
3. Rename /usr/lib to /usr/lib64
4. Build a xzm module from the folder and test it out.
