Found a simple GUI tool to edit and create new EFI entries.

This module I uploaded has three packages, if you donot want just remove them.

1. Efibootmgr (cli version) script.
2. EFIBootChoose - GUI tool to select next EFI boot.
3. EFIBootEditor - Details below.

To create a new EFI entry, click "Plus" symbol.
Set index with a number other than the existing ones.
Provide a name as description.
On Path three entries has to be provided.
Click "Plus" symbol there and select HD and select sda1 as disk where EFI files are located.
Then select File and enter the path to EFI file like - \EFI\boot\BOOTx64.efi. Make sure to use "\" for path, otherwise EFI will not boot.
Then for End, select Entire.
Select Optional as Base64 or UTF-8 or choose what is default.
Save and reboot to see new EFI entry.

Thanks :)
