I combined the directories comprising bluez-firmware, bluez. and blueman packages from Slackware 14.2 and the resulting module seems to work: bluetooth-5.0rc3-xfce.xzm

Thanks for sharing. Tried on Mate RC3 without success. I hope one day to make it work on Mate too.

hi amplatfus after you have start the /etc/rc.d/rc.bluetooth in console type bluetoothctl and for reference bluetoothctl --help and try to scan device on your computer,ok is just to try if the bluetooth work without gui.
