VPN Windscribe Cli for Porteus

Just as heads up to what I wrote above.

I am abroad work-related again and so could again use my free (as in beer) Windscribe account.
It seems I was in luck saying me logging out did not break the internet connection, since this time it did break it, and I also had to reboot to get internet back again.

No clue why it was not that way the first time, and now it is, though…
