I suddenly need a 32 bit version of Porteus and would really appreciate someone here letting me know which is the most recent edition.
Thanks,
Sean

Thanks for your recommendation jssouza,
I downloaded Porteus-XFCE-v4.0-i586.iso from the UK Kent mirror site yesterday. The md5sum matched. Size is 273.4 MiB.
I successfully made a bootable Porteus flash drive. However, the boot-splash screen states "Porteus-4.0 64bit". Also it doesn't load properly on my 32 bit boxes, which take forever to boot to the desktop.
I would love to have a 32-bit Porteus-4. I lost my old Porteus-3, which was 32-bit. Porteus is useful for me to fix old computers at Old Age Homes and Activity Centers.

I downloaded the Porteus-XFCE-v4.0-i586.iso from http://dl.porteus.org/i586/Porteus-v4.0.
Its bootsplash says "Porteus 4.0 32bit" and once started a "uname -a" in an xterm says "Linux porteus 4.16.3-porteus #1 SMP ... i686 ...".
It might be that your 32-bit boxes are older than i686. In that case go up (../) from the download folder and download any "historical" Porteus iso.
